Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology in 2003.

She has worked mainly in private practice in Auckland and Wellington and has also gained valuable experience working for the NHS in London.

Jen has completed her postgraduate certificate in Western Acupuncture and is STOTT Pilates trained.

She loves the combination of manual therapy with Acupuncture and Pilates to get people moving, and achieve their goals. Jen is completed her PINC Cancer Rehabilitation qualification in 2022. In 2023 Jen completed the Restore Oncology Scar Specialist Certification. Jen completed her Understanding Scars (Online Advanced Theory) Course in 2024.

Jen is passionate about working with her clients to find the root cause of their problem, to educate and empower her clients to regain control and return to what they love to do.
